These terms govern your use of this website. Specific engagements are governed by a separate written scope, proposal or master services agreement. Where those documents conflict with these terms, the signed documents prevail.

1. Use of this website

This site is provided for information. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. Content may change without notice.

2. Free tools

Our browser-based tools (for example cost estimation, redirect, WHOIS/DNS and uptime checks) are provided free, "as is", without warranty, for informational use. They may query public DNS and RDAP registries; verify results independently before relying on them.

3. Quotations and delivery

Enquiries result in clarifying questions and a discovery quote. Discovery is typically a short paid phase producing a written scope, milestones and a fixed price. Build work proceeds in milestones approved in writing, with code delivered in your repositories. Timelines are estimates unless expressly agreed.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom source code, documentation and access lists created for you are assigned to you on handover under a signed agreement. Pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how remain with their owners. Website text, branding and design remain the property of AnyPlace.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnyPlace is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or data, arising from use of this website or the free tools. Liability under a signed engagement is governed by that agreement.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Haryana, India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed engagement specifies otherwise.
